Dr Subhash Ireshgouda Patil was born on 03/05/1975 at Belgaum. He Completed his schooling at Govt High school Nagarmunolli village of Belagavi District after completion of his schooling & did his Higher schooling at Chikkodi Tq of Belagavi District. In the year 1995 he Got his bachelors degree from KLE university Belgaum in the yr 2001.
After taking his Bachelors degree he started his first clinical practice at Sambra Village of Belgavi Dist in the year 2002 after few years moved his clinic at Ramnagar Belagavi. After that few years later he started at Desur near khanapur.
As he had a dream to setup a hospital of his own that dream came true in the year 2005, He started a hospital with minimum of 10 beds at Brahmnagar udyumbag Belgavi. After that 15beds in the year 2012, he took a building on rent at Subhash Nagar and started running it under the name of “SPANDAN HOSPITAL” as it was running out of space due to 100% occupancy rate which made him to look for bigger space, then found it at SHIVSBASANAGAR after about 2yrs. He expanded it and started with 25 bedded in the yr 2014 under the name of “SPANDAN MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL” at Shivabasava Nagar Belagavi. After few year even this space started falling short for his timely service and care to the patient. This was the movement which he thought of starting a hospital on his own land.
